Pleasant

.The beds are comfortable. The SPA is small but nice. It is a good location and relatively close to the center, about 3 km. Free and good parking.

2 nights in a row there was a party with very loud music until after midnight. The room was not cleaned because the trash was in the basket. The room was cold and you have to ask for the air conditioner remote at the reception to turn it on. The breakfast was not varied. The hotel did not issue an invoice for payment through Booking, because they did not have Bosnia and Herzegovina listed in the hotel's information system. Unbelievably, when I asked for the complaint book, they also didn't give it to me under the pretext that they didn't know where it was.

Good

Comfortable beds, big rooms, nice breakfast, good price, parking lot in front of the hotel for free. For one night stand totally ok

the hotel had its best time 30 years ago. The equipment was very used, the bathroom could be cleaner. Majority of the staff does not speak english - they speak german mostly.

Great hotel

Can't fault the hotel at all, it was way better than expected by the pictures online, nicely refurbished, well equipped (only tiny thing was missing is a kettle, teabags/coffee,sugar, but we managed without,not an issue), proper big fridge which is very handy on hot summer days, nice spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly,helpful even though they were understaffed (two of them running the bar and cleaning the tables at dinner service and breakfast), but still managed to put a smile on and be polite. There could have been a bit more variety of food (vegetarian options) but again not an issue as there is still plenty to choose from. Altogether we had a wonderful stay and would happily go back.

Great stay

The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and had many options, the wellness was also nice although a bit outdated. The room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable, the location was also pretty good since you have restaurants and a big Tesco close by.

I cannot say that it was fabulous but in general satisfying

-The staff was nice and friendly, they even offred me help in many hard situations and guided me when needed. Moreover,they were always cheerful when asking any question. -The bed was comfortable. -The view was good. -The place is close to many facilities

-The food in general wasn't up to my expectations. -The cleaning ladies were hard to deal with since they only speak hungarian. -The wifi was sometimes slow. -The decoration elements were a little too old.

There was a party in a bar next to the hotel, thus we could not sleep. The receptionist did not help us to solve the problem.

The spa area and restaurant was good.

There wasn't hot water in the hotel in the first day and the staff didn't know how to solve it or whom to call. The reception staff barely speak English, gladly I had someone who speak Hungarian with me. The hotel overall is good but it needs renovation. It could be a great location for winter holidays.

Great hotel for a great price!

Spa area was nice. Family room was spacious. Parking was great. Not far to drive into Pecs, which was a great area.

Check in staff could have been clearer as to where room was - possibly a language barrier.

Superb

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, all staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. At check in there was a little mix up with our reservation, but the lady at reception was super helpful and very nice. Than later my son had an accident in the pool (he cut his toe a bit) and the lad at reception gave him a proper first aid treatment, he done an amazing job and made sure we are ok, even checked the pool to make sure noone else gets hurt. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations immensely. It looks a bit outdated from outside,but it is nicely refurbished and spacious inside with well equipped rooms. Rooms were big, light, comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was nice too, maybe a bit more 'alternative' options would have been nice and more variety (we had same/similar soup/ main for two days), but it was still nice and plenty. Pool was a bit small for swimming,but great fun for kids and the sauna, steam room was wonderful. All in all we had a wonderful time and would happily go back.

There was a private party in the room next to ours and when we asked the receptionist to resolve this, because we could not sleep, he did not do anything. So we went and we spoke with the people in the room next to us.

The room was very clean, the lobby was very smart. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

The extractor in the shower didn't work and the telly didn't work. It was very noisy outside in the evenings and the room was much too hot.

Free parking place,staff reception knowing english,comfortable big rooms with big windows and big fridge,tables and armchairs,nice and various meals,quiet part of city but not for longer staying.

For dinner no brad no drinks,but water is free,and staff at wellness reception are clueless so were we,no safe in room.

Very Good

I enjoyed the size of the room, the food, and, the friendliness of the staff, especially at the bar during dinners and breakfasts.

The WiFi was extremely poor in my room. I struggled to do any work during the evenings.
