Superb
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, all staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. At check in there was a little mix up with our reservation, but the lady at reception was super helpful and very nice. Than later my son had an accident in the pool (he cut his toe a bit) and the lad at reception gave him a proper first aid treatment, he done an amazing job and made sure we are ok, even checked the pool to make sure noone else gets hurt. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations immensely. It looks a bit outdated from outside,but it is nicely refurbished and spacious inside with well equipped rooms. Rooms were big, light, comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was nice too, maybe a bit more 'alternative' options would have been nice and more variety (we had same/similar soup/ main for two days), but it was still nice and plenty. Pool was a bit small for swimming,but great fun for kids and the sauna, steam room was wonderful. All in all we had a wonderful time and would happily go back.

I cannot say that it was fabulous but in general satisfying
-The staff was nice and friendly, they even offred me help in many hard situations and guided me when needed. Moreover,they were always cheerful when asking any question. -The bed was comfortable. -The view was good. -The place is close to many facilities
-The food in general wasn't up to my expectations. -The cleaning ladies were hard to deal with since they only speak hungarian. -The wifi was sometimes slow. -The decoration elements were a little too old.

What was the highlight of Hotel Laterum
Pleasant
.The beds are comfortable. The SPA is small but nice. It is a good location and relatively close to the center, about 3 km. Free and good parking.
2 nights in a row there was a party with very loud music until after midnight. The room was not cleaned because the trash was in the basket. The room was cold and you have to ask for the air conditioner remote at the reception to turn it on. The breakfast was not varied. The hotel did not issue an invoice for payment through Booking, because they did not have Bosnia and Herzegovina listed in the hotel's information system. Unbelievably, when I asked for the complaint book, they also didn't give it to me under the pretext that they didn't know where it was.
